dinner - spaghetti sausage and cheese

here we go again...

for this dinner i made simple spaghetti sausage and cheese ...

first, boil the spaghetti but don't let it too sticky... it's important because the noodle must be chewy, more chewy more delicious :)

second, for the sauce, i have prepared tomato sauce, spicy sauce, garlic, sausage and bawang bombay (i don't know what this thing is called hihihi :P) ... initially, mince the garlic and fry it in little oil untill the smell is good, then pour bawang bombay that have been sliced slightly and after it shriveled put the sausage, tomato sauce and spicy sauce.. cooked it until the sauce become thick...

last put the noodles, the sauce and then give it cheese grater....

so, this is it,  simple spaghetti sausage and cheese :9
